What 'LEVEL,HULL' had to offer!!

Hey guys

So I went to have lunch with my friends at a restaurant in Hull called 'Level'. Their menu looked pretty good with pasta selections, burgers, salads, pizzas etc. I ordered the 'classic beef' from the burger options and my friend ordered the 'Penne alla Arabbiatta' which is basically Pasta with spicy salami and tomatoe sauce. We also got really soothing but strong cocktails hehe

I guess in general, Hull had an above average restaurant to offer X_X

Food Tip 1: How to eat in small portions!!

I had an issue with eating too much at once which was bad. The best way to eat in small portions is to use a small bowl and make sure the bowl is not filled up with food. It helps you regulate how much you eat and you don't get too heavy after eating. 

It totally works for me:):)

Breakfast for Champions

Heyy guys,

So I have never been a fan of oats but I hear it is a really good source of fibre. For breakfast today (and hopefully from now on) I had oats and strawberries on the side:):)

Healthy meal or Nah?!?!

Hey guys,

What do you think? This meal healthy enough? Good for my diet plan??

Meal consists of blueberry and pomegranate drink, a banana, water, mashed potatoes with chicken and peas

My home-made seafood pasta

Usually when I crave pasta with seafood, I go to Vapianos because they make the best ones:)
decided to make mine this time(my first try)

Ingredients;
Spaghetti 
Salt
Pepper
Seafood selection(got mine from Tesco)
Olive oil
Tomatoe and herbs sauce (got mine from Tesco)

Recipe;
Boiled the spaghetti till cooked and left to drain
Poured a small amount if olive oil in the pan, added the sea food and left for two minutes 
Added a pinch of salt, pepper, maggi cube for taste ( you can add more spices depending on your taste)
Poured the tomato and herbs sauce into the pan and stirred with the seafood, left for two minutes
Added the boiled spaghetti and stired till all mixed together 

The food was very nice, different from the Vapiano taste but still very good:)

Lamb Tuesdays:)

Hey guys,

For lunch today, I had a choice of a vegetarian meal, peri peri chicken and rice or lamb with potatoes. I decided to go for the lamb option and it was really good. My lunch was lamb, potatoes, gravy and broccolli. After my one month holiday of mostly fatty foods, I really need to start adding veggies to my meal. Just because a meal is not complete without dessert, I had bread and butter pudding with custard and it was yummy. 

I hope everyone enjoyed their lunch today just like I did:)

My trip to San Francisco;SERIES ONE!!!

Hey guys,

I was on holiday for a month hence the reason I was M.I.A (missing in action). My holiday was amazing and one of the things that made it so great was the chance I had to eat so many different meals. I was in San Francisco for a week and I must say the place and the food were AMAZING. I have definitely added a few pounds (diet starting ASAP) but I do not regret anything because it was a great experience.
