Food Tip 1: How to eat in small portions!!

I had an issue with eating too much at once which was bad. The best way to eat in small portions is to use a small bowl and make sure the bowl is not filled up with food. It helps you regulate how much you eat and you don't get too heavy after eating. 

It totally works for me:):)
